Detox Tips

Water ! Drink 1.5 litres of filtered or bottoled water every day. Water rehydrates, revitalised, cleans skin, flushes out and invigorates.
Wake up call .... turn the water to cold for 30 sceonds every morning, It leaves you feeling warm, invigorated and awake.
Veggies? Eat at least 5 servings of fresh vegetables every day. Make sure 3 of them are raw... raw food is raw energy.
Eat brain food. Stimulate and nourish your mind by eating food for thought. Choline in vegetables and eggs -aids memeory. DMAE in fish esp. anchovies and sardines - improves memory and increase intelligence. Inositol in grapefruit and cabbage - nourishes brain cells. Niacin in liver, kidney, fish, eggs,poultry, avocado & peaches - creates a healthy nervous system and better brain function. Carbohydrates in pulses, rice, potatoes - provides essential energy for our brains and central nervous system.
Fruits...eat at least 3 servings of fresh fruit per day - a serving ia a whole fruit or slice the size of a tablespoon.

Bacteria in the mouth convert the nitrates found in fruits to nitric oxide whih helps tp protect the blood vessels. If you have high blood pressure, reduce your salt intake, lower your weight and avoid alcohol. - even moderate drinking may raise blood pressure. People with a diet rich in low fat dairy foods have less chance of developing high blood pressure.
